- Log in to partner.projob.id
- Open the Reports menu
- Choose the report period: monthly or quarterly
Report Metrics
Jobs
- Total jobs posted
- Approval rate (approved vs rejected)
- Average review time
Applicants
- Total applicants through your jobs
- Conversion rate (views to applications)
- Top jobs by number of applicants
Placements
- Number of successful placements
- Placement rate (hired / total applicants)
- Commission earned
Points
- Points earned during the period
- Breakdown of point sources (postings, placements, articles)
- Progress toward the next tier
Exporting Reports
You can export reports in the following formats:
- PDF — For presentations and record-keeping
- Excel — For further data analysis
Reports are updated daily at 00:00 WIB.
