Your tier is determined by your total cumulative points. The higher your tier, the bigger the points and commission multiplier you get.
Bronze (from 0 points)
- Job posting (reviewed by an admin before going live)
- Writing career articles (reviewed by the editorial team)
- 1.00× points and commission multiplier
Silver (from 150 points)
- All Bronze benefits
- 1.10× points and commission multiplier
Gold (from 400 points)
- All Silver benefits
- Edit jobs that have already been approved (every change is reviewed again)
- 1.25× points and commission multiplier
Platinum (from 1,000 points)
- All Gold benefits
- The highest points and commission multiplier, 1.50×
