Why Is Verification Important?
Verified companies get:
- A "Verified" badge shown on all their jobs
- Greater trust from job seekers
- Priority placement in search results
- Access to certain premium features
Required Documents
Upload all three of the following documents (PDF, JPG, or PNG, max 5 MB per file):
- NPWP — The company's Taxpayer Identification Number
- NIB / SIUP — Business Identification Number (from OSS) or Trading Business License
- Deed of Establishment of the PT/CV — officially ratified
Verification Process
- Open the Profile page, Legal & Documents tab
- Upload the requested documents, then save
- The Projob.id admin team will review your documents, usually within a few business days
- Once approved, your company is marked Verified
Verification Status
- Pending — Your documents are being reviewed
- Verified — Verification was successful
- Rejected — The documents are invalid and need to be re-uploaded, with a note explaining why
